What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities
- Will be provided with training in technical concepts.
- Will be provided communication based training
- Will be responsible to be able to implement the KT (Knowledge Transfer) into live customer scenarios.
- They will be trained to handly all the technical queries at an L1 Service Desk Engineer.
- Work from home – Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Chennai/ Pune/ Noida
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any graduate or diploma holder whi has completed his/her studies.
- Any fresher willing to make career in IT – Service Desk / Technical Support Associate.
- Must posess excellent communication skills – spoken english especially.
- Well versed with basic technical concepts.
- Willing to relocate to any given work location after completeion and clearing of training
