Roles Responsibilities :
As a virtual technical support representative, your responsibilities may include:
>Providing technical assistance: You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who have technical issues with products or services. You will need to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and walk customers through the process of resolving their issues.
>Responding to customer inquiries: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone. You should be able to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to customers who may not have technical expertise.
>Documenting customer interactions: You will need to keep track of customer interactions, including their inquiries, issues, and resolutions. This documentation will help you and your team to provide more effective support in the future.
>Collaborating with other support team members: You may need to work with other technical support team members to resolve complex technical issues. You should be able to collaborate effectively with team members and escalate issues as necessary.
>Keeping up-to-date with products and services: You should have a strong understanding of the products and services you are supporting. You will need to keep up-to-date with changes, updates, and new features.
>Providing feedback to product teams: You may need to provide feedback to product teams based on customer feedback and issues. This feedback can be used to improve products and services.
>Meeting performance metrics: You may be evaluated based on performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and call volume. You should strive to meet or exceed these metrics to provide the best possible support to customers.
Virtual Technical Support (VTS) – It is a ‘Work from Home’ model for India D2 VTS which deals with Devices & Digital content. VTS associates are expected to work from a home location approved by Amazon for all scheduled hours. It is the responsibility of the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and ‘work-like’ environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.
Education Qualification :
12th pass. Any Graduate / Post Graduate
>Action oriented, self-disciplined and organized
>Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards
>Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
>Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
>Good composition skills – ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
>Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
>Good typing skills
>Well versed with different features of smart devices and application
>Knowledge about Amazon Devices & Digital content
>Should be flexible to work in shifts
