Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners
· Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners’ itineraries
· Responsible for operating telephone switchboards and answering and transfer calls.
· Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate office or person.
· Sort and distribute incoming mails and handle outgoing mails.
· Operate and maintain office machines including printers, copiers and fax.
· Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Supervise meeting room reservations and catering arrangements
